Hidden Ritual – July 5th at Cine El Rey

Friends, we are pleased to announce a night of liberation frequencies, happening July 5th at Cine El Rey’s lux new balcony stage. This special evening blends a lineup of live and original psychedelic, folk, surf pop artists, including a special closing set of sweet and freshly selected groove coaxing tracks by none other than Inca Princess.

Hidden Ritual, a shadowy psych-pop band that has continually seemed to elude and engage the Texas music scene, headlines this event.

His visions, though, are deep, and widely regarded when portrayed through his artistry for graphic and poster designs. See an example of his aptly familiar work here:

zuverzacollage2It should also be noted that when not touring with Hidden Ritual or designing amazing poster artwork, Zuverza is also regularly invited to perform in the legendary Bill Callahan‘s touring band.

Joining Hidden Ritual is the masterful DJ of underground soul and funk, Inca Princess (pictured), who will be closing out the night with a special set.  Also on the bill are:
King Shark & the Bucket of Water
Napoleon Salamanca.

*Special Note* –
This is a nite of alternative music and dance happening July 4th weekend, and we are encouraging a special theme of 60s mod garb, so do your best to dress to your 9s, but, really, don’t worry about it, because it’s all about the jams, and as always, we’re sticking with the 10s.

As always, don’t miss this party, which will be one for the books, that, have yet to be written, and preferably not the facebooks, but if you post about this on there, then that’s great.
